For the fourth time now, the FSFE is celebrating the Valentines Day for Free Software. So it is slowly becoming a tradition 🙂 This year, my Valentine’s “Thank You” goes to Roland Olbricht, creator and developer of the Overpass API for OpenStreetMap.org. Just recently, I heard a podcast (German) about it with Roland and enjoyed how he explained the AGPL in comparison to other licenses and how concerned he is to provide good documentation. And apart from that and a few other things, the Overpass API seems to be a really impressive piece of Free Software!
