After we had to install another blog product, the Blogs should now be coming to operational stage. The new product ("quills") seems to work very well and definitely better than the one we chose in the first phase ("SimpleBlog") — even though quills is marked as beta release.

We could need somebody to follow the development of quills, so if there are volunteers for this, please step up.

We have also been working on the workflow so Fellows can choose whether their content will be visible to all visitors (choose 'publish' state) of the site or just to the other Fellows (choose 'visible' state, default). A complete howto is underway.
