>Many years ago, the only relation that scouts had with technology was the Swiss penknife and the GPS locator . Things changed. The 13th Scout Body of Thessaloniki addressed an invitation to Association of Greek Users and Friends of Free Software / Open Source Software to be present at the Celebration of 100 years of Scouting in Greece and the result is this:

Elementary school students are guided to an activity path, part of which, is a computer mini-lab constructed by members of the Association. In this lab they have the opportunity to learn about Free Software / Open Source Software by speeches and by practice.

Sharing GNU/Linux distributions to people.

Presenting the basics of Free Software / Open Source Software.

Kids always run to the computers.

Various programs and educational software exists.

Checking a GNU/Linux flight simulator.

Kids using educational free software.

A member of the Association gives instructions for more complex software.
