  An excellent overview on the state of Free Software Licences, with detailed explanations on the different logics behind those core elements of Software freedom. The book is relatively easy to understand for non-lawyers and avoids to fall into trollic traps. A very objective work. But it’s not where you will find the philosophic analysis of law and its effect on society or business.
