Αυτό το τελευταίο άρθρο μου – σκέψεις μου για το Ελεύθερο Λογισμικό προέκυψε μετά από το πρόσφατο ταξίδι στην Αλβανία όπου ήλθα σε επαφή με την κοινότητα Ελεύθερου Λογισμικού, μια ομάδα πολύ δυναμικών νέων, μακριά από ιδεοληψίες και φανατισμούς.
Ένα έχω να πω για την θερμή αγκαλιά και τη φιλοξενία! Falënderim!
Yeah, this is a rock project for my city and innovation promotion in Greece!
Google is coming to Thessaloniki International Fair (07-15/09/2013) through the community built Google Developers Group. GDG Thessaloniki, will have a huge pavilion in TIF, where anyone can come and present his / hers fresh ideas-projects. Any computer science or scientific sector is welcome, using or not Google products.
Of course, the call is more than obvious that is addressed to Free Software / Open Source Software communities in Greece, which would like to participate, promoting their projects, organize a hackathon or Tech Sessions-Workshops. Thats the very reason that GDG pavilion is called The Playground.
The Playground is open to everyone, big or small, Company or NGO, anyone that has something new and meaningful to show. In the heart of the playground the GDG Thessaloniki will be located, attracting all people who are interested in web and semantic technologies. Very soon the site will be online, with a brief agenda to overview. As days go by, fewer booths and workshop-sessions slots are available. Apply now, in order to participate!
