Hello I’m Stefan Champailler and I’m trying to get something done for free software down here in Belgium. I’m not the first one to do so and hopefully not the last. In my work life I help my company to design better applications for eGovernement at all levels (business process, design, software). I have interest in anything related to economics/politics/ethics of software. In my spare time I enjoy developing pet projects which are more about science than computers (sound synthesis, natural language processing, meta-modelling, etc.).
