About

From secondary school on, Viktor Horvath has been fascinated by what you can do with just an old computer, free software and a good idea. He is currently working as a software engineer near Paris.

Since its foundation in 2011, he takes care of the technical needs of the Legamus community, a sister project to LibriVox which creates audiobooks from public domain texts in Europe and life+70 countries. Since 2005, he maintains a directory of German audiobooks under free licenses (currently at hoerbuecher.tuxfamily.org), and he is the current administrator of the venerable LinuxFocus multilingual, all-volunteer GNU/Linux magazine.
